The human body is designed to deep cleanse itself daily (how cool is that?) Yet this is greatly reliant on the kind of good nutrition that it receives. Further to this, limiting the amount of pollutants which we are exposed to via the air we breathe, the water we drink, even the makeup we wear, also has an impact. Nutrition and exercise are the bodys’ ying and yang! It helps in creating high level vitality as well as simply feeling good about yourself: did you know that just by doing regular exercise you can help combat depression? A healthy body equals a healthy mind. A daily diet rich in the rainbow coloured fruits and vegetables, coupled with proteins, good fats and complex carbohydrates is a great way to support your body throughout its life journey. Juicing is another fantastic way to allow the body to receive fantastic nutrition on a daily basis by simply juicing raw foods into a delicious and nutritious drink for all the family.

 

Insanity workouts are another great way to exercise the body on a daily or weekly level. If you are looking to do the Insanity workouts on a daily level I would recommend that your target the right proteins, carbs and fats. All the while eliminating the negatives like processed foods, artificial sweeteners and fizzy drinks that are harmful to your body. The focus here is that you need not only give 100% in your workouts but also in your nutrition.

 

Five balanced meals per day, (two being snacks) providing a ratio of 40-40-20 (40% proteins, 40% carbs, 20% fats) would be recommend if you do the Insanity workout daily. This ratio will help you to maintain a good energy level as, let’s face it, you’re going to need that energy to get through Insanity daily.

 

The basic fact that food is fuel, so the better quality you use, the better quality your body will preform, it’s as simple as that.
