When most people seek out a Personal Trainer they are looking to either lose weight or become fitter as a personal goal. Most often once this goal is achieved the likelihood is that old habits will set in and that person will give themselves a pat on the back for having got to that point and revert to their former self. As a transformational PT, I am offering to change the mind set so that the person feels empowered and is able to use many different techniques to break old habits which have been stored in the subconscious mind.
I don’t believe in cutting corners when it comes to my clients and I take the time to assess each person needs/likes/dislikes before they have even entered the gym or put their trainers on! I establish a programme that is tailored to their fitness level, time available and desired result and build on that. I use my unique life experience, NLP skills and intuition to guide each individual to reach their chosen goal.
I ensure that the techniques used and the activities undertaken are safe and effective, the instructions clear and concise.
My aim is to be totally professional and dedicated whilst maintaining a caring and good humoured approach.
I believe that getting fit shouldn’t be a strain or a chore and that everyone has the potential to achieve a healthy and happier lifestyle.
I feel that I have maturity, patience, motivation and determination and this enables me to help my clients along their way thus reaching their goals. I am also able to draw from my own life experiences.
