Over the years I had always exercised but about five years ago I discovered an ability to progress to a level of fitness that I had not imagined possible.
I want to instill my passion for living a healthy lifestyle into those who are prepared to take that first step to tweak their lifetime habits! I want to help people to lead happier lives, whilst maintaining a confident self- image. I also want to show them how they can reclaim the energy they may have lost and show them tips and techniques on how to get the feel good factor back.
